I went to Sean for an initial consultation several months ago. I had been to other singing teachers in the past, but they either confused me, contradicted each other, or generally did not seem to know what they were doing! Sean was completely different. He explains, in a very clear and concise way how the voice works, how to improve it with immediate effect, and how to progress forwards. After many years of confusion at the hands of other teachers, Sean has, in just a few lessons, taught me more than I have ever thought possible about my singing voice. He has removed all the confusion and mystique that other teachers seem to surround the concept of 'How to Sing' with, and has now got me into my first leading West End role. Not only is he a great voice teacher, but he is also a consummate musician and a great pianist, who seems able, at the drop of a hat, to be able to change styles. He swaps from rock, to opera, to musical theatre, to pop with complete ease. He is, without doubt, quite brilliant and I thoroughly recommend him!

I'm so pleased I contacted Sean. I had had no singing lessons before and I wish I'd had lessons with him sooner. Sean builds the voice and confidence with breathing and vocal exercises and, as I am a rock vocalist, has not in anyway modified the character of my voice. Singing for me now is free and easy and I can sing things I struggled with or couldn't sing previously. My range has improved greatly and I no longer have problems hitting low notes. The breathing techniques have also added power to my vocals. Sean has been very friendly and encouraging and I have found the lessons very enjoyable. I can't recommend him highly enough whatever your level or style.

Sean Jeffrey is the best singing teacher I have ever had. He treats you as an individual, works with you to help you improve and build your voice and he is worth far more than the fee he charges. Teaching from an accessible location he has a knowledge and wisdom that is second to none.
